I love this app. I didn't know something like this existed. I think this is really good for Americans. When you have a doctor who's not good you can always switch. You can also find doctors who accept your insurance plan. You don't have to go through the embarrassing encounters " oh I'm sorry we don't accept your insurance here" before you even book a doctor's appointment you can do a video call or phone call with a doctor to get consultation.
