All practices hold these spiritual texts and traditions as a platform - whether they are titled Yoga Conditioning, Aerial Yoga or Hatha Yoga they all hold a true approach to the practice.
In all our practices you will find meditation - as a part of the training, as a part of the movement and as a practice in its own right.
Expect a silent start to your physical practice, expect to end every practice in Savasana ( rest), expect to start and end some practices with chants and pranayama ( song and breathing) - and expect a new sense of presentness, joy and feeling amazing!We have many different types of yoga and you might find one or two that becomes your favourite.
