Everyone called her Bubby and she was a bubby to everyone.
Bubby taught me the ins and outs of the kitchen and instilled in me a love to cook and bake.
Bubby was a master in the kitchen and could make anything taste great!Many years later, I apprenticed with a high class chef who taught me details on how to make food more tasty and showed me presentation.
Many of the recipes in this book have been taken from my bubby.
Some of the recipes herein have been taken from family and friends.
In both cases, I have modified the recipes to my own taste.
Some of the recipes in this book are my own creations.
I worked long and hard on all of the recipes in this book.With this book, I would like to share with you my recipes.
