WITH-Jang is a digital healthcare app for patients with inflammatory bowel disease, developed through the participation and collaboration of actual inflammatory bowel disease patients, clinical experts, nurses, and app developers.
Patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohns disease (CD) can enter their daily bowel symptoms, abdominal pain, medication diary, meal diary, etc.
through the app.
By recording their symptoms every day and sharing them with clinical experts during outpatient treatment, efficient communication with medical staff is possible based on accurate information, and patients can actively participate in their own treatment.WITH-Chang app main features- Symptom diary: By recording your symptoms every day, doctors and patients can easily check your symptoms on a weekly basis.- Meal diary: Each patient can find a diet that suits them through meal diary records.
