Estimation application downloads and cost
I've been trying for two days to connect the app to my 2016 XC90 car and it keeps coming up with "Error ignition needs to be on or no Internet connection" I did everything asked including with just ignition on, then with engine running but still doesn't connect. I'm gonna be asking for refund of my volvo on call as I can't use the app. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to be able to lock my car start engine, and track car from my phone
Broken. Error as soon as you put in the VIN number: "We can't add your 2017 V40 right now". When will this be fixed?
Well done Volvo, after 5 months without able to use the app with my 2022 car, now it's fixed. Next time after selling a new model please make sure everything works fine.
I have a 2022 xc60. I can't start the car remotely. All the apps and android are updated to the last version. So disappointing!

Can connect to the XC40 but doesn't show the correct battery status. Climate control is odd. Sometimes doesn't work. Climate scheduling didn't work a month ago & haven't tried again. I see 3 features: lock and unlock (why would anyone need this from a phone app?) Climate control & battery status (doesn't show the correct battery % so it's not much use) Why do I not see all features as listed and described in other reviews? All in all, it's a disappointing offering. Lovely car, poor software.
EDIT*APRIL 7 finally able to use remote start, but no longer snowing. Other feat still not working! Absolutely useless app! I was told when I purch my 22 xc60, I would able to remote start my car, see the locat of the car real-time, and set feat. I'm 100% unable to do anything. I then decided to speak with someone from tech support and was told, "the features won't be available until sometime in 22' on Android devices"! So what's the point of this app?Do I have to use my iPad just to use an app?
