In collaboration with companies in Toyama Prefecture, we divided the medical examination examinees into multiple groups and conducted a fact-finding survey (one month from October 2020) and an intervention test (one year from November 2020) using this survey app.
We will verify the effectiveness of the intervention app.
In the research study, we will clarify lifestyle habits that are prone to metabolic syndrome by asking them to answer questionnaires and records of diet and exercise.
Next, based on the survey results, we will intervene using the app and encourage the improvement of lifestyle habits by the guidance of doctors and self-management.
