I’ve been working & training in gyms my whole adult life, it’s something I fell in love with straight away, so I decided to pursue a career in personal training I qualified in level 2 fitness instructing & then level 3 personal training so I could begin PTing.
As someone who was working at the gym already, building relationships with members, my diary filled up very quick.
I decided I needed to expand my business so I could train & help more people, that’s when I decided to start online coaching as well as 1-1 personal training.
