Tim(E)xcellence App for Android – Latest Version & Features

The Tim(E)xcellence App is a special research tool used in the project titled The importance of time perspectives for the dynamics of affective states, motivation and the level of performance in sport: Verification of the theoretical model.The originator and organizer of the project is a team of psychologists from the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Warsaw, who conduct research on the impact of time perspectives on sports performance.The main goal of the project is to check how specific time perspectives (thinking about the past, present and future) can affect the functioning of athletes.In particular, their impact on the level and quality of motivation, accuracy of training plan implementation and emotional functioning, both before and after sports competitions, will be carefully examined.TimExcellence App allows you to measure the above variables related to preparation for competitions - both psychologically and physically.NOTE: The application is only functional after prior contact with the project organizers and after receiving the access key.
