You can then scan and validate the QR codes of the tickets with the camera integrated in your smartphone.The app offers two scan modes:1.
Live mode: Scanned tickets are synchronized live with Shopware, so you can (if you have an internet connection) allow multiple scanners to enter at the same time.
If a ticket is scanned, this is also synchronized to the other devices used at the same time.
Double entry is therefore completely excluded (recommended)2.
Offline mode: If no internet connection is available in your event location, all tickets sold can be synchronized in advance in the app.
This means that tickets can also be scanned offline at the entrance.
