In the Flow is an online yoga studio offering classes in the styles of Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin and Restorative.
Classes are taught by Matt Bingham, a certified 500 hour yoga teacher that has also done notable trainings with Jillian Pransky (Restorative) and Donna Farhi (The Art of Teaching).

In the Flow is also a place to discover new music - Matt is the guitarist and one of the songwriters in The Light Meeting, a cello and guitar duo that wrote instrumental music for yoga and meditation.
