Books are included in the NEB Light based on lists for the school curriculum and extracurricular reading, as well as recommendations from experts of the National Electronic Library.Books in the application can be searched by type, tag, authors name, or availability of an audio version.
The editors of the application regularly publish selections of books for significant dates, as well as articles and “stories” about significant events and figures of Russian and world culture.More than 4 thousand works have already been added to the NEB Light application.
Users of the application can set themselves a goal for the number of books they read and the time frame within which they plan to achieve the goal, and the application will track progress.
After reading a book, you can take a test on it.The NEB Light collection is constantly being updated, and we recommend that you visit the “New Items” section more often for new literary impressions.
