Strong Rider for Android – Latest Version & Features

Strong Rider is a training app with uniquely adapted training programs for you as a rider.Riding is a sport, you need to take care of yourself as the athlete you are to be sustainable and reduce the risk of injury both to yourself and to the horse.This is a first beta version that contains three different training levels, STARTUP, ACTIVE and PERFORMANCE.
After performing the calibration test, the Strong Rider app analyzes your results and places you at the right level where you get a recommended training program to perform over an 8-week period.
Strong Riders service is aimed at riders of all ages, levels and disciplines.
The beta version can be downloaded for the sharply reduced price SEK 39 / month.
As this is a beta version under development, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that "bugs" may occur.
