STOP is a standalone software medical device intended to provide Cognitive BiasModification for Interpretation therapy (CBM-I), using content specifically relevant toparanoia as an adjunct to standard care for patients of 18 years and older, who exhibitclinically mild to moderate symptoms of paranoia and are currently receiving outpatient treatment under the care of a responsible clinician (psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, or other designated keyworker from a multi-disciplinary team, or general practitioner).STOP is indicated as a 12-week prescription-only treatment for patients who self-report paranoid thoughts, whose primary language is English and who are not at high risk of suicide.
STOP should be used in a quiet, private place where there are no distractions and by individuals who have access to an Android/iOS smartphone & are familiar with the use of smartphone applications (apps).
