Sentiatend - an Android mobile/Tablet based application to health care workers – MC to track the activities of MM and CC.
Also provide follow up support with referral management and closure of the HRP cases identified in the field by MM/CC.
It employs screening for pregnant woman, lactating mothers, child, and Adolescent.
Checklists that screen are unique for each beneficiary -pregnant woman , lactating mother, child, and Adolescent.
Once a condition is diagnosed the workflow is governed by referral protocols and next plan of action.The platform contains module for :-• Assessment of the risks/complicated by MM’s and CC’s• Case management of the Complicated/referral case done by MM’s and CC’s• Initiate referral action• Data Reports by activities done by MM’s and CC’s for each beneficiaries – PW/LM/Child and Adol by Year and Month with Facility filters• Track the pending activities of the CC’s • View the activity planned by CC’s • View all the Home visits done by MM and CC separately for each beneficiary.
