This is a G2G application aims at monitoring of malnutrition of children under 0-60 months and anaemic Women.
The children health checkup and bod growth will be measured by WCD department Supervisors at Anganwadi centers on fixed dates monthly and entry will be done through the Mobile App.
Based on entries the child health will categorized as normal, moderate and critical as per WHO norms.Women Hb check up will be done at Anganwadi centers / PHC by Health department and the Anaemic women kept under observation and tracking by providing food supplements by WCD department.All the food supplements and medication is provided by WCD, District Administration to improve the health of children and women in the District.
The progress will be monitored periodically.So, we need a Mobile app that can be useful for monitoring at remote locations where there is poor connectivity and away to the mainstream areas so that supervisors go and collect the factual data and get them entered in real-time.
