The Smartproc Application, TJ Mobile offers Lawyers and the General Public the consultation of Fast and Efficient Processes.To perform a Process Query, the user must follow the steps below:1) Inform which Court the case is being processed.
At this first moment, only the Cases of the Court of Justice of São Paulo (TJSP) are available for consultation.2) Inform the Instance if it is First Instance or Second Instance.3) Inform the Search Type.
They are available for the type of search: Case Number, Party Name, Lawyers Name, Lawyers OAB, Party Document, Occurrence Bulletin Number, among others.3) Inform the parameter according to the type of search.
For example: if the type of search is for the process number, the user must inform the process number.
If you choose to consult by the name of the party, the user must inform the name of the party.OBSERVATION: The searched data of the process, are the public data already made available by the websites of the courts.
