S2 Consultancy App is strictly for usage exclusively within the S2 Partnership, and is restricted to authorised employees.S2 Consultancy App enables consultants to record observations and take photos electronically while out on site.
Consultants can download an assessment to their device using their S2 log in credentials, then record all any relevant data offline without any need for an internet connection.
When a reliable internet connection is established again, consultants can then upload any data captured directly to the S2 Web Application.Features include:* A files area for taking lots of photos in succession, which can then be attached to specific control observations later* A comments area for recording rough notes, though these arent uploaded directly* Help files for every screen, accessible by simply pressing on the green question mark in the bottom right hand corner* Browsing for controls by typing in text, or by a predefined tag such as “Location” or “Control Topic”* Key info about the site being assessed, including address, contact details of the site contact, and a photo of the building
