SHE myACTS Trial for Android – Latest Version & Features

Currently in the work unit of the QSHE Department, PT.
Semen Indonesia has used the SHE Application to record and activities related to Safety, PPE, Fire System, Hygiene, Environment and TGD.
The use of paper forms has been eliminated several steps by switching to the SHE Application version.
Approval has also been made online via Email.
But there are still shortcomings by users related to the entry process that is still using a Laptop / PC.
The process is not effective because of duplicationwork, for example is reporting Unsafe Condition and Unsafe Action where the findings must be photographed first using a mobile phone after which they are uploaded to the computer.
Another example is the periodical recording of the Fire Fighting vehicle unit which is done every shift by filling out the form in the field first and then re-entering it in the SHE (Web) Application using a Laptop / PC.
Also there are still many other processes such as recording APAR, Hydrant, APD requests and others.
For that we need a new breakthrough to facilitate all the above processes to be more effective, efficient and accurate.
This can be supported byusing the SHE Mobile Application.
The tools used are the Mobile of each technician or individual so that reporting is more real time and effective.
