#5513 The kiosk didn't work for many of us trying to park. Downloaded app and it wanted more than 2x the amount of using kiosk. Not friendly, not welcoming to come visit Chatanooga!
Do not install this app. My husband and I used it to pay for parking at the university and it constantly took money from our accounts. I dont know if its connected to fradulent companies because it had many attempts on both of the accounts used. Do not use if you dont want to go through the hassle of replacing your credit card
App doesn't stay logged in. You have to jeep logging in every single time you open the app.
Paid for parking and still got a ticket. Had to download just to pay for parking. What a waste.
The app is garbage, and this company leaked my email address. You're better off finding free parking.
Won't send a password reset. Worthless
