I don't know what they did with the latest updates but I can't access the app pass the log in screen. I tried uninstalling/ reinstalling, restarting my phone , cleared cache and memory but it still didn't work. The app sucks now
Love Sephora, but the app is getting worse. The shade finder feature never works, which was the main reason I downloaded the app in the first place. Always says an error has occurred.
I like shopping at Sephora but this app makes it very difficult. When filtering brands it would be nice to have them in alphabetical order. What's even worse though is trying to find a shade or color. Deciphering a color online without the name or description of the color right next to it is nearly impossible. I'm not going to be guessing for something as important as a shade or color, therefore I'm not going to be shopping on this app!
