The purpose of this app is to exercise the approach of decreasing sedentary time prior to targeting physical activity and use remotely-delivered, sedentary reduction notifications as prompts to encourage physical exercise.
Upon registration the app will assess and determine if physical activity was not detected within previous 30 min and notify to exercise.
The app requests for google fit and push notification permissions in order to function correctly.
