SECOM Care for Android – Latest Version & Features

SECOM Care is a family and friends monitoring App, connecting you to a loved one who has a SECOM Care Hub Response System installed in their home.With this App, you can monitor someone you care for, and be a responder in the event of an emergency.  When a help button is pressed, emergency alerts are sent to all responders simultaneously and they are notified via push notifications and text messaging.  Through the App, users can view who has responded, what action has been taken, and can in-App message each other during the event.There is no limit to the number of people who can act as a responder.
App users can monitor multiple SECOM Care Hub Response Systems with their SECOM Care App.App users can also receive regular updates from their loved one’s device (SECOM Care Hub), including daily test reports, battery and power status, and missing pendant alerts.As an added benefit, SECOM Care Hub is also linked to our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to provide reassurance and backup monitoring in the event that there is no-one available to respond.
