It is a nice side effect to become flexible and strong, because you also get it from yoga, but there is room for everyone, whether you are new or have had a place on the mat for many years.We offer both dynamic forms of yoga, such as, Forrest and Vinyasa, as well as more calm like hatha, gentle and completely calm and meditative classes like yin.In our APP you easily get an overview of our classes, workshops and membership.
