This application aims to assist referral staff / Golden Friends in inputting Prospective Customer data.
The prospective customer data that is input will then be forwarded to the recommended branch office, and then a further assessment will be carried out.The assessment only consists of the Prospective Customers financing status whether it is approved or cancelled.Referrals will be able to see the status of every transaction they input in real time.
This is intended so that the Referral Staff can reconcile the fee received with the status of the Approved Prospective Customer.
