ZOLL Respond offers a robust new feature set including not only verbal communication, but also non-verbal communication via chat, Push-To-Talk that help cut out unnecessary phone calls.
Live streaming video communication, too, allows field users to directly connect to doctors at medical facilities.
ZOLL Respond uses Google map-based routing, traffic alerts, satellite view, and turn-by-turn directions.
A detailed view allows supervisors to see the location of their crews, the current response state of their crews, and trip details associated with all of their crews and vehicles.
