KOOI® ReachControl for Android – Latest Version & Features

The KOOI® ReachControl app is freely available on tablets, smartphones and dedicated KOOI® ReachControl displays.
It provides users with an interface for working with the KOOI® ReachControl sensor system available for forklift truck attachments such as KOOI®-REACHFORKS.The KOOI® ReachControl app works with the KOOI® Hydraulic Flow Meter (with integrated tilt indicator) and KOOI® Deflection Sensors through a Bluetooth (BLE) connection.
When the devices are paired, the tablet of smartphone can be used for the following functions:- Length measuring (flow meter)- Pre-programming lengths for automatic stop (flow meter)- Angle measuring (flow meter)- Deflection measuring hydraulic forklift forks (deflection sensor, available soon)Examples of use are:- Hydraulic telescopic forks: measure and stop the outer sleeve at the right pallet dimensions.
Dimensions can be pre-programmed for automatic (hydraulic) stop.- Tilt indicator on fork carriers or forklift masts.- Full deflection measurement when carrying loads with manual or hydraulic extendable forklift forks, both in retracted and extended positions (available soon).- Measuring the distance between (reach) forks on fork positioners and fork spreader (available soon).- Measuring length (stroke) of any* hydraulic cylinder.Summarising, this free app – together with the KOOI® ReachControl sensors – will provide an (after-market) extension of the functionality of your hydraulic logistic equipment in order to reduce the chance of product and equipment damage.* Limited to hydraulic systems with a flow of up to 25 L/min.
