Provincial Government of Tungurahua approved the ordinance published in Official Registry No.
807 on October 10, 2012.
Within its powers , the activities that the Constitution, the International Agreements, Laws and Regulations of the Republic of Ecuador refer to in social communication are included.Its organic nature is made up of a Board of Directors, chaired by the Provincial Prefecture, directed by a manager, with administrative and control units, its operation will be governed by the laws of Public Companies, Communication and others relevant to the national public sector.
