PWD4U for Android – Latest Version & Features

Public Works Department (PWD) is the prominent statutory authority responsible for managing and maintaining major road network, bridges, culverts, public buildings and other road transport infrastructure assets owned by the Government of Kerala.PWD 4U is part of the digital initiative by the Government of Kerala to enable citizens to notify the authorities of any defects or problems in the road assets managed by Kerala PWD.
The purpose of the PWD 4U is to improve the response time of PWD to road maintenance issues and provide the citizens with a road network that has good riding quality and is free of defects.
The user can send locations and photos of the road defects to the concerned authority with a single tap on your device using the PWD 4U.
All complaints will be geotagged and automatically sent to the PWD for redressal, and the status updates until complaint resolution can be tracked.
