This app is used in conjunction with the care provider who can offer personalised care packages, the questions presented and times they are required will differ between users as a result.
Users receive notification prompts to remind them of when specific question sets are due for completion (these will vary as they are set by the care provider and are specific to the monitoring needs of your condition).
