About Индекс фотопериодической устой

A person has a certain stereotype of alternation of activity and passivity during the day, and according to this stereotype, most people can be attributed to one of several "chronotypes".
Researchers distinguish two basic, in a certain sense opposite chronotypes: morning chronotype - "larks" and evening chronotype - "owls".
Some researchers distinguish intermediate chronotypes: arrhythmic, diurnal - "pigeons" and "bimodal".
The main characteristics of chronotypes are as follows: Larks: wake up independently and easily early in the morning, are active in the first half of the day, decline in the afternoon; go to bed early.
"Owls": wake up on their own late, no earlier than 2-3 hours before noon, activity peaks in the evening and night; go to bed late, often after midnight.
"Doves": waking up on their own in the morning, a little later than the "larks", activity during the day is constant, without noticeable peaks and troughs; go to bed an hour and a half before midnight.
“Bimodal”: representatives of this chronotype are characterized by the simultaneous presence of signs of the extreme morning and extreme evening types without the dominance of any of them.
Among the urban population in central Russia, about 40-45% are "owls", about 25% are "larks", the remaining 30-35% are "arrhythmics" and "bimodals".
Belonging to a particular chronotype depends on geographic coordinates, climate, natural photoperiod and "light pollution" in cities.
