The Berlin aid app is aimed exclusively at those entitled to aid, for whom the Berlin State Administration Office acts as the central aid agency.
You can use it to submit your receipts (medical bills, prescriptions, prescriptions) informally and digitally via your smartphone or tablet.
It is an alternative to the conventional, paper-based application for civil service aid.Use of the Berlin aid app is free.
After the one-time registration process in the app (entering the identification data, accepting the terms of use and setting up password protection) you can immediately enter your first receipts.
Simply take a photo of it with the app or - if available - scan the printed barcode.
You can then send the documents online to the aid office in the Berlin State Administration Office.After your documents have been received, you will receive a confirmation of receipt as a message on your smartphone or tablet.A camera with a minimum resolution of 5 megapixels is required for the photo function.
