You can add devices by serial number (Not sticker) of NVR recording device.
You can find this in the menu under: Main menu/Tools/Info/Version - in addition, with older devices, the cloud must be activated under: Main menu/Network/Service/Cloud or CMS.Suitable for HDDVR series NVR/DVR recorders, WiFi and battery cameras.
