When you call someone, you also want to tell them how important the call is.
Sometimes due to emergency, priority is very high and sometimes there is no priority as it is a general call.
Caller sometimes sends separate text message if the receiver does not pick up.
Call receiver may not pick up the call if he is busy, thinking that it is not important call.
With PriCom app caller can select priority of call and send text about call.
When receiving the call, user will see priority of call, text message and color of dialog according to priority selected by caller on the receiving screen.
Based on the info shown on, call receiver can decide if call should be picked up now or not.Caller should have PriCom app to send priority and text and call receiver should also have PriCom app to receive priority and text.
