Terrible experience. Paid for an online consultation with a doctor who never even responded to my calls and texts, so my money and time has been wasted. Then when I tried to contact Practo customer service through the Help option, I've been #72 in a queue for 2.5 hours just to CHAT with someone. This is ridiculous! And the UI for the floating chat box is so bad. I would absolutely never use this app again, and do NOT recommend it, especially if it's urgent.
