Report illegal, inconsiderate or bad scooter parking in 3 steps:1.
Select the category of the parking violation2.
Take a photo of the badly parked scooter (e.g.
a scooter that blocks the pavement)3.
Scan the QR code of the scooterCurrently, the parking violations can only be reported in cities that already use our web-based Nivel Regulator to dynamically manage e-scooters in their city.
With the app, any citizen but also public officials can report poor parking.The parking offence, including the location of the scooter, is anonymously transmitted to the city administration or the police as well as the respective scooter provider.
