Welcome to Pain and Performance Clinic Lucan.We help busy people age 40plus to get back to their physical best.
We help them incorporate fitness back into their lives and gain strength and energy as well as rehab injuries and lose weight so that they can love life with more confidence.
We believe fitness is for everyone and no matter where your starting point is, we find your level and help progress you from there.
Our main service is semi private personal training.
It is essentially personal training, with a maximum of three other people doing their own individual session.
It is not a one size fits all....the sessions are tailored to you and your needs and goals and are completely different to the other people doing their own workout.
Sessions are laid out on an Ipad for you and everything is recorded digitally as you progress through the session so that you can see your progress in numbers as time goes on.
We have sessions from 6am to 8pm most days.
Anyone who joins our semi private personal training also gets access to one strength and conditioning session per week.
We are located in Hills Industrial Estate Lucan.
