Users who are registered on the citizen portal can login using the same credentials.
- View Citizen Profile & Change password Citizen details like name, email id, mobile number and ‘change password’ prompt to be populated on profile screen - Civic Issue Reporting Citizen enters details of complaint type, complaint description.
Complaint ID is generated as an acknowledgement.
The location details for all the complaints are captured through GPS for effective resolution from field team.
