Depend on the product you have. Smart lock working as a charme for couple of months. Opener having quite some troubles with it.

Nice app and device. Still facing some issues once in awhile
Really good product but auto-unlock consumes a lot of battery. Google Home and Tado have similar features but they don't consume anywhere near Nuki app. Have some crazy bugs that freaks me out since it opens my door.
I'm impressed. This application is very well designed, troubleshooters are actually useful. I like that despite ton of options is pretty clean. What it would be nice to improve: 1. Debug map for auto unlock could be less buried. (On support page it's called differently than in application) 2. Web vs club and shop accounts should be better distinguished 3. Auto unlock has its issues, however that's mostly issue of the android itself.
Everything works as per expectations
Have been using it only on my elder brother's apartment door, but have seen it in action on the set of a commercial shoot where the owner of the restaurant-cum-studio kitchen opened the door to his premises on a Sunday via the internet while staying snuggly at home. Would definitely consider getting it for myself in my next more longterm apartment.
