Keep the watch on your wrist and tap heart rate area and wait a moment and for the heart rate monitor to work and display (this may take some time).- AOD mode*** some features may not be available on some watches.*** NOTE: Please select only your watchs name from the drop-down menu on the arrow on the INSTALL button (write price, buy button).
