Terrible Inc, an American mega-corporation, has become the government itself, through a policy that seeks to profit from the oppression of the population.Known for being involved in secret experiments involving the transfer of human consciousness to machines during the Cold War, Terrible Inc was able to achieve success during the 26th century and intends to upgrade peoples neural chip.Amidst this system, there is a hacker-activist group called Horus that seeks to free itself from the technological slavery of the company.
