This app is based on the third, revised Dutch edition which again is a translation of the fifth American pressure.The app provides a structured classification of nursing diagnoses and care outcomes.
The main features of the NOC are:• completeness: 490 updated care outcomes, of which 107 are completely new;• evidence based;• clear and clinically meaningful terminology;• user structure;• used in various disciplines;• tested in the field;• combined with the NANDA diagnoses (2012-2014 NANDA-I).Nursing care results contributes to adequate education in clinical decision making.
