The Achieving Whole Health (AWH) training provides a creative, interactive and culturally relevant way of improving both health and mental health outcomes for Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islander communities.
This allows communities to draw on the collective wisdom and experiences of its members as they take their first steps to healing.
AWH helps remove the stigma around mental health by seeing it as a part of every person’s life and how we can heal and celebrate the body, mind, and spirit together.
