“Dynamic Discounting” means and refers to the Service available on the Mynd Fintech Platform, whereby the Buyer(s) availing the same shall have more flexibility to choose how and when to pay their Supplier(s) in exchange for a lower price or discount for the goods and services purchased while the Supplier benefits by getting earlier payments of their invoice receivables due from the Buyers.
