The myULSLezíria App is a mobile application reserved exclusively for users of the Lezíria Local Health Unit.Through the App, users have access, in a safe and personalized way, to their appointment schedule, treatments, exams, complementary diagnostic and therapeutic means.Users can access recommendations and preparations before carrying out analyzes and exams, download attendance statements and consult their HDS history.The App also provides institutional information and news from the Hospital.The myHDS App is exclusively intended to provide these services and can be deleted by the user at any time.Users register with the National Health Service (SNS) number that is associated with the clinical process or with a Digital Mobile Key.After registering, users receive an email with a link and a security code to activate their account.After activating the account, the myHDS App provides a screen to define the password (complexity: minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters, special and case sensitive: 8 characters, 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 digit, 1 special character).To access the myHDS App, the user enters the SNS number and password or the Digital Mobile Key.The data is treated in accordance with the HDS Confidentiality, Privacy and Data Protection Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation in force.With the myHDS App we seek to facilitate your contact with HDS, avoiding travel for reasons that can be resolved efficiently and safely through new technologies.The development of the myHDS App arises from ongoing investment projects in the administrative and technological modernization of HDS, financed by SAMA2020/PORTUGAL2020, with a view to digital transformation.This is the 1st version of the myHDS App.
