Center for Post-Acute Neurorehabilitation and in Berlin-Zehlendorf the Villa Donnersmarck as an inclusive meeting point for people with and without disabilities.
Distributed throughout Berlin, it offers numerous outpatient housing options for people with disabilities.
Last but not least, with the Seehotel Rheinsberg and the Heidehotel Bad Bevensen, two completely barrier-free hotels belong to the foundation.
The Fürst Donnersmarck Foundation sees itself as a partner and driver in the process of more inclusion and self-determination for people with disabilities.
