There is an application available for mobile devices that allows you to be closer to your hospital, providing greater autonomy, ease and speed in interacting with services and avoiding travel or telephone contacts for reasons that can now be resolved through the available features, namely : - Consult clinical appointment schedules; - Receive alert notifications about future appointments; - Consult the history of your relationship with ULSVDL hospital services; - Carry out hospital consultations, without having to go to a kiosk or secretariat, in an integrated manner with the call system; - Justify absences and request rescheduling of appointments; - Obtain declarations of presence from the person; - Access clinical analysis results; - Make requests for clinical information, with the possibility of sending it to the email certified in the App by the user; - Request various information; - Make compliments, suggestions or complaints.New features are being developed to improve the response to your needs.MyULSViseuDL: Your ULS, closer to you.Viseu Hospital.
