myCarepod is a healthcare app for patients and their care circle of family, friends and healthcare providers, to engage in telehealth-driven coordinated care.
The app connects to providers’ systems and can be configured to include a health-record and tools for personalised self-management of different conditions, including assessments, care plans, IoT device connections and educational materials.
Data is held securely in your healthcare providers’ system.The app itself is free to download, but you will need a registration code to be able to use the app.
