Significant Deterioration in service. Search engine is really poor. Customer chat bot is awful. Information you need is hidden, such as return fees. Hermes collect from home on returns costs ÂŁ6 per item which is NOT highlighted. Going off Amazon generally tho was useful in lockdown.
