Great app
I've been trying to book a flight and for some reason I can never get to the next page. It keeps showing the bunny hopping the whole time. I always have to have someone else book for me on their device for some reason it keeps lagging on here. Even when I click to chat for customer support, it doesn't load up the next page. It just keeps showing the bunny hopping.
Super easy! I love this app.
I only gave it a 1 because I have had a good experience when I pay for customer service but if I can't afford to do that everything they take up to 24 hours to respond and when you rent a room meant for one day and mark the wrong dates it's difficult to get any help with fixing the mistake if you don't pay for VIP Care then there is no customer support. Reservation #4MHWZM63P6WS also cannot get any contact from email address.

Tried booking a hotel room to no success... they charge your card just for putting in the information... when booking the hotel just recieved error screen saying room cannot be confirmed. Money instantly came off my card, have no confirmation so can't get any help from customer service because I don't have an active booking or confirmation... so ill be sitting in limbo and see if my money returns to my card in a week per failed booking "guidelines" will update
