Was happy with this app and it worked fine but now it tells me I can't use it at all. Not interested in excuses about older operating systems not being secure enough, just want an app that works. Not a happy bunny
Response: Yeh, just later today! Dec 2018: Urgh! Now there's an utterly pointless extra screen at startup. Telling you what the app you're already about to open can do. Who's bright idea was that! Amateur time again at coop bank. "I see you're about to come in? Well, before you do, let me stop you and try and explain some benefits in order to persuade you to come in."
All new nice and shiny ... BUT ... How the hell do you come out of the app Log Off only takes you to a log in screen.
Not very happy with this app, as sent request for a new app this morning but keep on going to the old app I have tried everything, everytime I go to open the app it will go to the play store and I got to open it from there for which I'm not very happy about, I have put a code in with my mobile number still go back to the old app,. So I can keep on going under the new app through the app store not a very good app, but if I have to keep on going for the new app in the play store I will be changing my direct debit to another bank, please get the problem sorted co-operative
It isn't working . It wasted 50 minutes of my time today . It also ended up locking me out of my online account via my laptop . Co-op Bank are arguing about ÂŁ20 compensation which I demanded . They are still wasting my time now as the android banking app still isn't working. I do know all my correct username password and 6 foot number . The error is not mine they , The Cooperative Bank need to make the old android app available until they sort out the newest defective android banking app .
Why have you combined all the existing bank payments into one list ? The old app kept each account separate. Now it's just one long list. It's very annoying
